While most breeding cats retire around 5 years old or later, Snowy is stepping down a bit earlier. She has been an absolutely wonderful mom to her litters, but as we shift our focus toward British Shorthairs, we’ve decided it’s the perfect time for her to start her pampered pet life. We are so incredibly grateful for everything she has given us, and she deserves nothing but the best in her early retirement! 🩵

She is relatively independent and definitely has her own little personality! She sleeps a lot during the day, and if you wake her up while she’s napping, she won’t be very happy. But once she wakes up on her own, she’ll be in a great mood and will come find you for some cuddles, pets, and love.

She doesn’t really like being held (her patience lasts for ~20 sec) or being told what to do, but she loves sleeping right next to you. Long story short, everything is on her own terms! 🤣 Right after she wakes up is always the best time to bond with her. And she also loves making biscuits on you!

Around 11 PM, she usually gets a case of the "zoomies"—she’ll get super excited, run around, and play with her toys.

She is a bit shy when meeting with people she doesn’t know. She will stay in a hidden place where she can feel safer.
